Delete a project

DELETEhttps://paysuitett.com/api/v1/projects/{id}

Deletes a project nobody tracked time on, with its tasks. A project with time can't be deleted: archive it instead (PATCH with `active: false`), so its hours stay with it.

Access. Master key. In businesses that allow it, a personal key may delete projects its holder can see.
